The candidates will be shared with you as reports. These reports show their technical highlights and valuable information like (feedback, reasons for leaving). They will be the most relevant filtered 5 reports out of the tens we reach out.
After checking the sent candidates, If you are interested to know more details on one -or more- of the candidates/reports sent to you, you will need to pay 50% of the Hiring Cost as upfront payment. "It's frozen amount, not used by us neither you"
If you didn't find your desired candidate after interviewing and paying the 50% of the hiring cost, you could ask for another batch of TechieMatter candidates for extra vetting fees, or get your money back, or leave it for the next hire through us.
You are committed to pay the rest 50% of the hiring fees once your selected candidate accepts your offer.
We are committed to a 2 weeks replacement guarantee at no additional cost if the candidate left after 2 weeks max of his / her joining data.
